We do not accept Apple AirPods for repair, as 99% of all malfunctions are due to earwax inside the earpiece. To clean all of the earwax from the inside out, you will need to disassemble the earpiece. When the sound in the headphone is almost inaudible or it is wheezing, it means that the grids and most likely the membrane itself is stuck together and it is impossible to disassemble the headphone without damaging the internal components.
We recommend cleaning the earwax out of the headphones every month when they are actively worn. There are a lot of ways to clean the headphones on YOUTUBE.
We also remind you that if the headphones are more than 2 years old, the battery life will be short.
If you lose one of your headphones, you can buy a lost one separately and re-create a pair.
