The warranty covers the installed components required to restore the specific function of the device. Components are warranted according to the type of component. Other components in the restored function are not warranted, as they were unchanged and performing their function at the time the repair service was provided.

Display Modules.

Replaced displays on mobile devices are warranted for 1 year. In case of a warranty case, the customer should provide the device for diagnostics. Diagnostics will show whether the case is under warranty or not. In case of a warranty case, the component is replaced with a new one at no extra charge.

Replaced components can be taken back after repair, otherwise they will be disposed of according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.

 

 

 

Warranty cases are:

  1. Flickering display (gesture or image)
  2. no image on display
  3. no display backlight (the image is clearly visible, but using an auxiliary light)
  4. Random triggering of the touch screen
  5. Lack of touch screen response
  6. Color degradation

The warranty is voided if hidden mechanical damage is detected. AMOLED display modules go out when the integrity is compromised and often have hidden damage in the corners, so only by disassembly are they detected.

Warranty cases are not:

  1. Appearance of black spots on the screen
  2. Vertical streaks of any color on the screen
  3. Presence of areas where there is no touch screen response
  4. The frame is detached from the glass due to the case geometry failure
  5. Any liquid getting inside the device
  6. Mechanical damage of any part of the display module

LCD of notebooks/monitors/televisions.

The warranty period for LCD is 1 year. When replacing is used either an identical LCD, or its analogous is not inferior in quality.

Warranty cases are:

  1. Display flickering
  2. Lack of image
  3. Lack of backlighting of the display (the image is clearly visible, but with the use of a supplementary light)
  4. Color degradation

The warranty is void if hidden mechanical damage is detected.

Warranty cases are not:

  1. Appearance of black spots on the screen
  2. Vertical stripes of any color on the screen
  3. Liquid of any kind getting inside the device
  4. Mechanical damage to any part of the chassis where the LCD is installed as well as to the LCD itself

Components in the motherboard and other electronic components.

When replacing any component on the motherboards only new and identical parts are used. The use of used components for repair is not allowed, as we can not predict the life of the device after the repair.

The warranty period for component repairs depends on the complexity of the work performed. The warranty period starts from 3 months to 2 years. All replaced components will be returned to you upon return of the unit after repair.

No warranty is provided for any components provided by the customer for repair.
