We do not accept card payments without the presence of bank cardholders.

Prepayment Refund.

In case of cancellation of an order for device repair, prepaid components previously ordered will be issued to the customer, and the prepayment is not refundable.

Prepayment is returned if:

  1. Prepayment has been made, but components have not yet been ordered
  2. If the prepaid work has not been carried out.

If prepaid components are not delivered to the SILENT CLOUD TECH office, but the customer refuses the repair, the prepayment is not refunded, and prepaid components will be issued after their delivery to the office.
