Payments and Company Details

How you can pay

• Cash at our Limassol workshop.
• Bank card at the workshop.
• Bank transfer against our invoice — we issue invoices to companies too.
• Online by card through our Revolut payment link — see below.

After payment, you receive all the documents confirming it, with a list of the services provided.

Company details

Bank transfer

Please include the invoice number and date in the payment reference. For a prepayment without an invoice, put your phone number in the reference instead — for example, 35794044066.

Pay online by card

Use our Revolut payment link: revolut.me/silentcloudltd (Revtag @silentcloudltd). You can pay with any bank card that works in Europe. Please add the invoice number or your phone number to the payment.

Card payments and prepayment refunds

We don’t accept card payments without the cardholder present.

If you cancel a repair order, any prepaid components that have already been ordered are handed over to you, and the prepayment is not refunded. The prepayment is refunded if:

• it has been made, but the components have not been ordered yet;
• the prepaid work has not been carried out.

If the prepaid components have not yet arrived at our workshop and you decide not to go ahead with the repair, the prepayment is not refunded, and the components are handed over to you once they arrive.
