Who we are
The data controller is SILENT CLOUD LIMITED (trading as Silent Cloud TECH), company registration number HE 395725, Evagora Pallikaridi 1, Kermia Court, Shop 4, 3106 Limassol, Cyprus. Contact: info@silentcloud.tech, +357 25 030 676. More details are on our company details page.
Visiting the website
The website does not use cookies, analytics services or advertising trackers.
Like any web server, ours records standard access logs: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page and the browser’s user agent. We use them to keep the website secure and working, and to produce visit statistics (with the GoAccess tool) that only we can see behind a password. The server logs are rotated daily and deleted after 14 days. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Fonts, map and links
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com). To load them, your browser connects to Google’s servers, and Google receives your IP address.
- The map on the home page is embedded from Google Maps. When it loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies.
- Links to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Telegram and WhatsApp transfer nothing until you click them.
Google processes this data under its own privacy policy and may process it outside the EU.
The contact form
When you send the form, we receive your name, email address and message, together with your IP address, browser user agent and the time of sending. The form is delivered by email to our company mailbox so that we can reply to you. To block spam, the server allows at most 5 messages per IP address per hour; for this it keeps a temporary record of a hash of the IP address and the submission times.
Legal basis: replying to your request and taking steps before a possible repair contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in protecting the form from abuse (Article 6(1)(f)). We keep the correspondence for as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and any repair that follows, and longer only where the law requires us to.
Phone, email, WhatsApp and Telegram
If you contact us by phone, email, WhatsApp or Telegram, we process what you send us — your number or username, name, messages and photos — to answer you and arrange the repair. Messages sent through WhatsApp and Telegram are also processed by those services under their own privacy policies.
Who receives your data
The website and our email run on servers we administer ourselves. Apart from Google (fonts and map, see above) and the messaging services you choose to use, we do not pass your data to anyone, unless the law requires us to. We never sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to your personal data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to info@silentcloud.tech.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in Cyprus — the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
Changes to this policy
If our processing changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.

Our social media pages
We post on Facebook, Instagram and Telegram. Some posts are published automatically by our own app, Silent Cloud Publisher, through the official Meta and Telegram interfaces. The app only publishes our own content to our own page, account and channel; it does not log anyone in and does not collect or store personal data of visitors or followers. When you visit or interact with our pages on these platforms, the platforms’ own privacy policies apply.
